Rockwell Collins' impact on and support of community ranges far beyond monetary contributions – and well beyond the walls of our facilities. Employees with varied titles, backgrounds and experiences play key roles throughout the community, leading and inspiring organizations ranging from cultural institutions and education advisory councils to youth athletic teams.
Employees can hone their leadership skills through computer-based or instructor-led training via our online Rockwell Collins University. While the skills gained in university courses are directly applicable to the corporate environment, they can also prepare employees for the challenges and opportunities of community leadership.
