Introduction to the Account Management Center

Welcome to this introduction to our Account Management Center. The Account Management Center provides single sign-on to multiple Rockwell Collins capabilities. Within the Account Management Center you can also manage your profile, change your password, and request access to capabilities.

Logging in via the Account Management Center for the first time

You will access the portal the same as you always have. Upon reaching the login screen type your user ID and password and then choose Log In. As the login form indicates, your user ID is your (business) email address. After logging in, we recommend that you immediately set your challenge questions and answers. This is a new security measure we have introduced to further help us protect your data in the event that you need to reset your password. If you request a password reset, we will first ask you to answer your three challenge questions.

Setting your challenge questions and answers is not required to use our portal systems, but you will need to complete this step before you can manage your profile, change your password, or request access to new capabilities. Further, you will not be able to manually reset your password (in the event that you have forgotten your password). For this reason we strongly encourage you to set your challenge questions at your first opportunity.

To set your challenge questions and answers for the first time:

  1. Access the Customer Portal at http://www.rockwellcollins.com/customer.
  2. Log in, if necessary.
  3. Choose Manage Access from the top right of the Customer Portal. Because you haven't yet set your challenge questions and answers, you will be taken to the "Manage Password" page, where you can set your challenge questions and answers.
  4. Choose three unique challenge questions and provide answers for each.
  5. Choose Submit.

Note: You may leave the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields empty unless you would also like to change your password at this time.

After you have set your challenge questions and answers, you can change them at any time. For more information, see Changing your challenge questions and answers under Account Management Center help.

Managing your profile

The Account Management Center enables you to update profile information such as your name, telephone number and business address at any time. See Managing your profile under Account Management Center help for more information.

Changing your password

You can change your password at any time while logged in. See Changing your password under Account Management Center help for more information.

Managing access to portal capabilities

The Account Management Center enables you to view the capabilities you can currently access and request access to additional capabilities.
