Why do I click on links and nothing happens?

Our systems frequently use pop-up windows, so you will need to disable your browser's pop-up blocker and any third party pop-up blockers you may be using. Typically you can disable pop-up blocking on a per-site basis, thus enabling you to allow pop-ups for Rockwell Collins Web sites while continuing to block pop-ups for other Web sites.

The following resources provide information on disabling pop-up blockers in the major browsers, as well as how to disable pop-up blocking in several third-party applications.

Rockwell Collins provides these links to third-party sites only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Rockwell Collins of the site. For more information, please see our Terms of Access.

Why does the system keep logging me out?

To help protect your data, you will be logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity. If this happens, any unsaved data will be lost.

Note: Under certain circumstances, it is possible that you may be logged out of one system even though you have been actively using another system.
