Intertrade is pleased to welcome Shawn Bergquist to his new role as Intertrade's managing director. Bergquist is responsible for the overall strategy, operations and infrastructure for the Intertrade business. Specifically, he is responsible for the strategy for acquisition and sale of new and recertified engine and airframe parts, as well as the evaluation of new business opportunities, market and competitive analysis, and pricing. In addition, he oversees all personnel and the technical operations that support the product lines, supply chain, procurement, sales organization, global operations and overall financial performance.

Prior to this role, Bergquist was the supply chain manager at Intertrade, under Rockwell Collins' International & Service Solutions business. In this position, Bergquist was responsible for purchasing aircraft for teardown, asset leasing, supply and repair chain pursuits, and program management.

Prior to joining Rockwell Collins in May 2008, Bergquist held management positions , in Operations and Power Plant Sales with MidAmerican Aerospace, an aftermarket aerospace supplier in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Prior to MidAmerican Aerospace, Bergquist was employed as a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and analytics leader at GE Capital Vendor Financial Services also in Cedar Rapids. Prior to that, he served 12 years in the U.S. Army and Special Operations Command as an infantry officer and comptroller within the 75th Ranger Regiment in varying positions of increasing responsibility.

Intertrade has broadened its global footprint with the investment and opening of a new distribution center near London Heathrow Airport to house and ship inventory.

This strategic investment represents an important next step in broadening Intertrade's global footprint. Customers that require international inventory, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EuMEA), will see immediate benefits, including reduced costs, increased parts availability and shorter lead times.

The scalable, state-of-the art warehouse, operated by SDV Logistics, will initially stock next-generation Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and ATR inventory, as well as other high-demand avionics, aircraft components and engine parts.

2X ex-UTair-Ukraine Airlines ATR 42-300 (MSN 382 & MSN 386) with PW120 engines

-1X ex-TransAsia Airways ATR 72-212A (-500) (MSN 525) with PW127F engines

Intertrade recently purchased and is currently in the process of parting out an ex-Safair L-100-382G (Lockheed Martin C-130) airframe (MSN 4208)

All components are now available for sale or trade at competitive prices. Intertrade also recently purchased major LRUs across all ATA chapters (other than engines) from two disassembled United Kingdom Ministry of Defence C-130 aircraft.
