 Q: Do you have support facilities?

  • DLS currently has a global I-Level support facility in Heidelberg, Germany that can support maintenance for any MIDS LVT terminals. 
    • Additional services available through the Heidelberg facility include:
      • Field Service Engineering support
      • Training
      • Integration support
      • Engineering support
  • Depot level repair facilities are located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Wayne, New Jersey, USA.
  • DLS is establishing in-country repair facilities in the following countries
