MIDS LVT 2/11

The MIDS LVT 2/11 is a completely self-contained mobile system.  The system provides the critical ground link for simultaneous coordination of air, land, and maritime forces. The MIDS LVT 2/11 can provide situational awareness or command and control from a ground fixed site or in a mobile application. It offers full Link 16 interoperability with joint and International forces.  The system consists of four main LRUs: the MIDS terminal, Power Supply Assembly (PSA), mounting base, and cooling unit.  

The MIDS LVT 2/11 terminal is currently integrated in the Army’s PATRIOT Information Coordination Central (ICC) and Battery Command Posts (BCP), as well as USAF Air Operations Centers (AOC) and Maritime applications.
