Rockwell Collins is the prime contractor for one of two technology demonstration and risk reduction phase contracts for the U.S. Air Force Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS) program. CRIIS will replace the aging Advanced Range Data System currently in use at major U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy test ranges. Our solution builds upon our strong heritage of GPS navigation and networking experience to provide a test range system with dramatically improved time, space and position information accuracy, security, and data link features.
