Training

The Operational Link 16 Management Program will train individuals tasked with maintaining Link 16 in an operational unit. It covers a wide variety of topics including functional management of Link 16 systems and related support equipment, communications management in an operational environment, network security, and network coordination in single and multiple network environments, understanding the OPTASKLINK, and track correlation/deconfliction.

3.1  Unit Management Functions Course

This course covers advanced management theory and unit level management functions. Key areas include, crypto management, unit level spectrum management, cross-border environments, and joint/multi-national tactical link coordination.
Prerequisite: 2.1-2.12 courses
