The Link 16 Platform Technician Program concentrates on the maintenance requirements associated with Link 16. Academics specifically target areas of information required for maintenance technician personnel to successfully maintain and troubleshoot Link 16.

6.1 Basic Link 16 System for Technicians

This course covers the fundamental nature of Link 16 operations and provides the student with a solid, appropriately tailored foundation of tactical link theory. Students concentrate on those areas of Link 16 maintenance common to all platforms.

6.2 Link 16 Platform Specifics for Technicians

The course concentrates on those specific areas of troubleshooting and maintenance associated with their particular platform.
